Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management tools
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and local building codes
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools
Job Description: Provides remote administrative, technical, and project management support for construction projects.
Job Type: Full-Time
Requirements:
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and remote communication apps (Zoom, Slack, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks remotely with minimal supervision
- Understanding of construction terms or willingness to learn
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities
- Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer (or willingness to use company’s remote work kit)
- Prior remote support or virtual assistant experience is an advantage

- Experience in architectural or structural design coordination

- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Design-related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar position

- Physical stamina and attention to detail
